I'M NOT INTO PERFECT BUT I'M INTO CAPTURING

REAL, HAPPY AND Beautiful MOMENTS

I’m a Texas native who has fallen in love with the woods of North Carolina.  I live here with my husband Ben, and our daughter, Juliette. I love capturing real, happy moments with my camera.  Photography combines many of my favorite things: connecting with people, laughter, and creating special memories in beautiful places.

My desire is for you to experience peace, joy, and excitement on your day, and to feel all those things again every time you look at your photos. It is my joy to provide you with timeless images that you’ll enjoy for years to come, and be able to pass on as treasured heirlooms to the people you love the most.

I really love sparkling water.  I clean as a form of therapy.  If I were a season I’d be summer.  I’m a 9w1 on the enneagram, a total extrovert, and am usually the one sparking conversations in a group of friends (or strangers!)  I love to make people feel comfortable and at ease.

I’d love to connect with you and hear more about you and your story.

Reach out and let's get started!

A FEW MORE RANDOM THINGS ABOUT ME:

ORGANIZING IS A PASTTIME of Mine.

but we were just acquaintances. After we graduated I recognized him at a taco shop and said "hey!" and a year later we were getting married. After being married for 3 years we've learned we are opposites in almost every way, but a few things we both love are talking about the enneagram, grilling out with friends & lime sparkling water.

As a kid, my mom would find me rummaging around in my closet late into the night trying to find the best way to order my shelves. These OCD-like tendencies have only grown stronger with the help of Mari Kondo, and having my own house to keep de-cluttered!

I LOVE BIG

CITIES!

Florence, Berlin & Rome are a few favorites I've visited. Anywhere I can walk for miles while people watching and drinking an espresso sounds like a good time to me.

PEOPLE FIRST.

When I was planning our wedding, I was so overwhelmed with all the details and trends, but at the end of it all I love remembering that our day really was about the beginning of our commitment together and honoring & celebrating with our community.

my dad gifted me my first camera in high school,

and I quickly began taking portraits of nature, friends & graduating seniors. In college I picked up my camera again to assist a photographer friend and have been photographing weddings & portraits professionally ever since graduating college!
